Warranty

We offer a 1-year warranty on all Kara Yoo pieces. Each item is hand-crafted and carefully quality-checked, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

If you experience an issue with your piece, please email us at info@karayoo.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Photos or videos are especially helpful, as they allow us to determine the best next steps and confirm whether the issue falls within our standard warranty.

Standard warranty repairs include:

  • Broken earring posts
  • Faulty clasps
  • Jump ring joint issues

Replacements and Repairs: We provide free repairs or replacements for all issues covered under our 1-year warranty. Please note that this does not cover lost items or damage caused by wear and tear outside of product defects.

After One Year: If an item becomes damaged after one year, we’re still happy to help. Repairs can be arranged for a small fee, with all shipping costs covered by the customer.

Tarnishing: Tarnishing is a natural process that occurs with all jewelry over time (except for solid gold). Our pieces are designed to last for many years, and regular care can help maintain their shine. For tips on cleaning and proper jewelry care, please refer to our care instructions.

*Please note that our warranty does not cover tarnishing.
