The currency for pricing can be changed on the top menu (desktop) or left menu (mobile). This is the currency you will be charged in. 

Canadian Orders
Sales tax will be added to your order based on the shipping address province.
BC 12%
Ontario, Newfoundland & Labrador, New Brunswick 13%
Nova Scotia 15%

US & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Orders shipped to the US or outside of North American will not have sales tax added from Kara Yoo; however any issues relating to duties and admissions will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Normally local taxes are charged upon delivery.

Invoices are never included in the shipment; however, on USA and International Orders, the declared value of goods is printed on the shipping label.

If you would like to add a special note to the gift recipient, please include the message in the comments section and we will handwrite it on our postcards that are included in the package.

Individually boxed jewelry item (unless otherwise noted in the "Comments" section upon checkout), packing slip (no prices stated), and a handwritten postcard. We also include jewelry dust bags on certain orders, and a jewelry box on orders over $75.

Non-Fine Jewelry

Your order should be fulfilled and shipped within 1-4 business days (Monday - Friday).

Most of our items are made-to-order, so it takes time! If an item is not in stock, your order may take longer than usual to fulfill (up to 2 weeks). We will always let you know if this is the case.

Fine Jewelry

Some of our fine jewelry is ready-to-ship; however, we do have some pieces that are made-to-order.

Made-to-order means that your piece will be specially made once your order is placed and can take 2-3 weeks to fulfill. Please inquire for an ETA. If you need your order by a specific time, please let us know in the comments section or send us an email.

Fine Jewelry

We do not offer any refunds or exchanges on fine jewelry pieces.

All Other Jewelry

All sale items are final. If you are not happy with your regular-priced purchase, you may return the item(s) within 7 business days of its arrival. Item(s) must be returned in original, unused condition.

Free 14-day returns within North America on unworn, and undamaged jewelry in original packaging. Jewelry must be shipped back to us in the original jewelry box. We prefer if you use our original shipping box as well. Please contact us for a shipping label.

Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. Your credit card information is never stored on our servers and is processed using SSL encryption. We will never sell or share your data with third parties.
