Free Local Pickup
We offer free pickups at our Vancouver, Canada studio. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email with a link to schedule an appointment for pickup.
Your order will begin processing the next business day after ordering. Add 2-4 business days for fulfillment, in addition to shipping time. If an item is not in stock, your order may take longer than usual to fulfill.
Fine Jewelry Orders - Please note that most fine jewelry is made-to-order, which means that your piece will be specially made for you once your order is placed! Fine jewelry orders typically take 2-3 weeks to fulfill. Please inquire for an ETA, if you’d like.
Duties + Taxes
Shipments to USA - There should be no duties as set out by CUSMA (Canada US Mexico Agreement). Local taxes may be charged on your order.
Shipments to Europe - There should be no duties as set out by CETA (Comprehensive and Economic Trade Agreement). Local taxes may be charged on your order.
Shipments to Rest of World - Your order may be subject to duties and local taxes. Please click here to calculate duties you may need to pay. Select "Canada" in the "From" drop down menu. Select the shipping destination in the "To" menu. Select "jewelry" in the "Category" menu. Enter the value of your order not including shipping costs - don't forget to select the correct currency. Click on "Calculate" - you will need to enter in your email address. The duty calculation will appear immediately after. Please note that this is a guide only.

Lost or Stolen Parcels
Kara Yoo is not responsible for any lost or stolen parcels. We have no control over shipments once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier.
Please contact the shipping carrier to verify the status of your shipment.
Contact us if you suspect your parcel is lost or stolen, and we will try our best to help you!
Package Not Picked Up
If an order is refused or not picked up by the customer in time and is returned to Kara Yoo by the shipping carrier, only the cost of the items will be refunded, less any shipping costs incurred from the return shipment.
