Orders shipped to Canada will be subject to the following sales taxes:
BC 12%,
Ontario, Newfoundland & Labrador, New Brunswick 13%
Nova Scotia 15%

Orders shipped to the US or outside of North American will not have sales tax added from Kara Yoo; however any issues relating to duties and admissions will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Payments are processed securely through our website or though PayPal. Payments can be made with VISA, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal.

Invoices are never included in the shipment; however, on USA and International Orders, the declared value of goods is printed on the shipping label.

If you would like to add a special note to the gift recipient, please include the message in the comments section and we will handwrite it on our postcards that are included in the package.

Individually boxed jewelry item (unless otherwise noted in the "Comments" section upon checkout), packing slip (no prices stated), care card and a postcard.


Please note that ALL fine jewelry is made-to-order, which means that your piece will be specially made once your order is placed! Fine jewelry orders typically take 2-3 weeks to fulfill. Please inquire for an ETA, if you’d like.


Your order should be fulfilled and shipped within 1-4 business days (Monday - Friday).

Most of our items are made-to-order, so it takes time! If an item is not in stock, your order may take longer than usual to fulfill (up to 2 weeks). We will always let you know if this is the case.


As these pieces are made-to-order, we do not offer any refunds or exchanges.


All sale items are final. If you are not happy with your regular-priced purchase, you may return the item(s) within 7 business days of its arrival. Item(s) must be returned in original, unused condition.

Returns are subject to shipping charges. Please note that we cannot refund shipping charges on returned items. Please email prior to returning any items and provide a photograph of the item.

Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. Your credit card information is never stored on our servers and is processed using SSL encryption. We will never sell or share your data with third parties.
